My services are available for clients with and without insurance coverage. If you have questions about insurance, self-pay or my rates contact me by email or phone.
Accepted Insurance
In-network provider for the following insurance plans:
- Blue Cross Blue Shields
- Horizon BCBS NJ
- Medicare
If I am not in-network with your insurance company, check to see if your policy includes any out-of-network benefits. I am happy to provide you with any necessary documentation so that you may submit the claim to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Rates
Fees from $150-300. Please note that counseling services qualify as a tax-deductible medical expense.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 24-hour notice cancellation policy. If you miss your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
